Cancellation & Refunds Policy
We honestly believe that we offer the best quality and best value range of free-from products in the UK but if something goes wrong we want to put it right as quickly as possible.
If you want to cancel an order please call us on 01403 597129 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You can cancel an order at any time up to 14 days after it has been delivered.
If you can cancel an order before it has been despatched, we will refund your payment in full.
If you cancel an order after it has been despatched, we ask you to return all non-chilled and frozen items to us at your expense within 14 days to 14 Star Road Trading Estate Partridge Green West Sussex RH13 8RA. We will refund your payment for non-chilled or frozen items within 14 days of them being returned. We are unable to resell chilled or frozen items and therefore we will not refund your payment for these.
If a delivery arrives in damaged packaging please either do not accept delivery or sign for it as damaged and send us a photo at email@example.com.
If we have sent you the wrong product or the wrong quantity of a product or there is a missing item, please call us on 01403 597129 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will correct this as soon as possible.
If any of the products are damaged, please let us know by calling us on 01403 597129 or email us at email@example.com and we will contact you to discuss replacements or refunds.
