Delivery Policy

We believe that honesty is the best policy and our delivery policy is therefore as straightforward as possible.

Where We Deliver To

When you place an order we need you to provide a valid UK post code and delivery address.

We can deliver to anywhere in the mainland UK. We can offer a delivery service to other parts of the UK, however you will be unable to purchase refrigerated or frozen products and may incur an extra delivery charge.

How Long It Takes

We aim to deliver within 48 hours, however, there may be delays due to unforeseen circumstances and we will let you know when this happens.

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email from us setting out what you have ordered and the day when your purchases will be delivered. On the morning of delivery you should receive a text from our courier giving you a one hour slot in which your order will be delivered. You will need to provide a mobile phone number to receive this.

You should leave instructions for deliveries to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place at the delivery address you specify. Please note that chilled or frozen items need to be unpacked and stored at an appropriate temperature upon receipt of delivery and we do not accept responsibility for temperature related damaged to such items when the courier follows an instruction from you to leave such items in a safe place.

Sometimes bad weather or other events outside our control may result in a late or cancelled delivery. If this happens we will try to contact you to rearrange delivery as soon as we can.

What It Costs

All orders totalling £100 or more will be delivered free of charge within the UK mainland. Orders below this value will incur a charge of £10.00 for postage.
